Our Key Points
Fully Vetted Labour
All MGL Staff have rights to work and the correct training according to their duties CSCS Card, SIA budget & DBS. All Certification is checked and verified with the relevant training providers and registration forms are fully completed before they start work.
Fully Referenced Operatives
All workers must supply three checkable references from previous employer who are spoken to by one of our consultants. Additionally, we invite candidates to come into our head office to register where applicable and we never use a candidate if we receive a bad reference or if we have had negative feedback on previous jobs.
